DMCA & Takedown Policy

We act as your agent

Nullva files copyright removal notices as the authorized agent of verified content owners, under the US DMCA and equivalent laws worldwide (including EU notice-and-action and the UK Online Safety framework). Notices are issued in our name so owners stay anonymous.

Verification before filing

We file only for accounts that have proven control of the official profile the content belongs to. We keep an audit log of every notice: what was filed, where, when, and on what evidence. False notices can carry legal penalties, and our verification step protects owners and us alike.

Reporting content to us

If you believe content connected to Nullva infringes your rights, contact dmca@nullva.com (placeholder until launch) with: your name and contact details, identification of the work, the location of the material, and a good-faith statement. We review complete reports promptly.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed after a notice we filed and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with your details and a statement of good faith. We forward valid counter-notices to the rights holder as the law requires.

Repeat infringers

Accounts and uploaders who repeatedly infringe are escalated on every platform we file with, and Nullva accounts found filing on content they do not own are terminated.

Intimate images

For intimate images shared without consent, we also file under the US TAKE IT DOWN Act and equivalent national schemes (such as Australia's eSafety process) wherever they apply.

Protection that keeps your name private.

Every Nullva filing goes out in our name — your legal name never appears on a notice, and only you ever see your results. Start with the free scan.
